I applied online. I interviewed at International Road Transport Union (Geneva)
Interview
Multiple interviews, around 4 steps, no disclosure of the salary until the very end of the process makes it difficult to commit to the position. Many different managers involved in the process, from directors to advisors and HR, which gives a comprehensive overview on the people with whom you will have to work.

I interviewed at International Road Transport Union (Brussels)
Interview
4 steps : phone call with office manager, then meeting with head of office (who came 20 min late without saying sorry) then another round with HR Manager, then another one with HR Director, then with Director.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at International Road Transport Union
Interview
I was interviewed by HR and Media Coms Manager during the first round. The second round took place with an editor and the Communications Manager. The interviews went well although I found the interview quite superficial. I was made an offer which was then cancelled without justification.
After the job offer was made, I had a chat with HR to re-evaluate the salary and discuss a possible amendment to the job title. I was very happy with the amended offer, which I was leaning on accepting. I had some final concerns about the job title, so I asked HR if it would be possible to consider a slightly different title and the possibility to work from home on Wednesday afternoons. We agreed that HR would channel my concerns back to Senior Management and get back to me. I informed her at that stage that I was leaning towards taking the offer and needed to think about it over the weekend.
Next thing I know is that they withdrew the offer without any justification, not even an email or a phone call. The recruiting agency informed me of their decision which was very shocking.
I called the IRUs team to understand their decision and each person I talked to played the surprise card "talk to HR." When I talked to HR she was embarrassed as I explained to her that at least they could have called me to explain their issues if any especially since i had taken the the time to interview with them during two rounds. She was unable to justify the decision reasonably. I felt that she reacted personally to the nature of the negotiations that followed the offer which led her to withdrew the offer. Very unprofessional.
Also I interviewed on a Wednesday, they made an offer on a Thursday and expected to accept the same day.
