I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Interset
Interview
One of the worst companies in Ottawa. The first round was screening with HR. Next was the round with the manager, if they like you they will send you the coding test. After that, you get a job offer.
I did all this, and then I was hoping to get the results, and then they ghosted me out. I heard from them after 3 months.
With my own experience, I would have never joined this company. They don't have any organizational skills, no respect for candidates. Just worst

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Interset (Waterloo, ON) in Feb 2019
Interview
One interview approximately 45 minutes, there were 2 people interviewing me on the phone using Zoom. It wasn't too stressful, but there were some questions that tested knowledge about machine learning which were tough.

Interview
The interview itself was excellent. However, im not sure if the company is serious about hiring people who can add value and make a difference. The reason is because many jobs been posted for quite some time and never changed. The process took longer than expected at first but went smooth after that.
