    Application

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Interstate Companies.

    Interview

After arriving on site followed by a brief wait in the lobby, I was led to a small office for the interview. The interview questions were typical and the meeting duration was average. I had time to craft a interview description (50 word minimum) for glassdoor during a phone call interruption. Pretty typical.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Interstate Companies (Carol Stream, IL) in June 2013.

    Interview

Not too bad. Very relaxed. Went for a tour of the facility and was asked some simple technical questions. Basically just a 3 on 1 with the dept. Manager, lead tech, and top manager.

    Interview Questions

    • They asked me to describe a schematic. "What does this show?"
It was basically just an engine management schematic   1 Answer

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Interstate Companies (Carol Stream, IL) in April 2013.

    Interview

Waited in Lobby. Very typical. Was gretted and brought to a small office. Office was bland and depressing. Looked like nobody ever used it. Typical meet and greet and walk through of the facility.
