The recruitment process was disorganized from the start
After applying through multiple channels (Email, LinkedIn, and Wuzzuf) on different occasions as the Job kept opened, I was contacted via WhatsApp by a recruiter who requested a copy of the resume I had already submitted.
The screening continued via text-based questions before an interview was scheduled with the Operations Director after two days from the screening.
The Operations Director, despite the title, demonstrated limited technical knowledge and asked fundamentally incorrect questions, suggesting a lack of expertise. He seemed to be leaning on his language skills to mask a lack of actual experience. The experience was further hindered by poor etiquette; he started recording the call without a a polite ask for permission or even a notification, he kept his camera off and stayed muted. and he was disconnected several times. To top it off, When I tried to get a feel for the job in the last few minutes, he shut me down, saying the info couldn't be disclosed.
