In depth process, I met with a total of 10 people over the course of two in-person interviews. Very conversational from the lower ranking employees. Once I met with the higher level individuals we really got into the weeds on management process and best practices. Once we dug a little deeper into the nuances of the business the question and situations were quite a bit more difficult. It was very apparent that a highly developed level of technical acumen was required to be successful in this role.
