I got a call from a woman in regards to my resume. She gave me a short phone interview, which caught me off guard. After the conversation, she told me would get back to me in regards to a formal interview. She emailed me a few days later to come Into the office in soho for an interview. I had expected the interview to be just me and her, but instead it was her plus the rest of the agency (about 5 others including the CEO). It felt more like a conversation than an interview..
