Pros
Great OOH media concept (they use vacant storefronts as the advertising medium.)
Cons
The problems arise when the storefronts don't stay vacant. The sales cycle is relatively long (several months) so when you put a property on an RFP in January, the client agrees to it in February, but it's no longer available in March, well, that's bad for sales.
