Application
I applied online. I interviewed at Ireland Home Based Services (Bloomington, IN) in Apr 2015
Interview
I applied online and received an e-mail to set up an interview. I interviewed in person and the interview took about an hour or a little longer. We reviewed my resume and past experiences. I was given some scenarios and was asked how I would respond or what actions I would take. I was then given a chance to ask questions about pay structure, work week/hours, job duties, professional development opportunities, etc. I met with the hiring manager directly and she introduced me to the director and supervisors of the branch I was applying for. Very casual atmosphere, very conversational and pleasant.
