I interviewed with them in july after applying in may. First round was a pre recorded interview asking stuff like what do you know about irvine ranch and then the last question was a statistical analysis question. The second round is in person with three people. They ask you like 5 questions within one and expected you to remember what they said they also talked pretty fast. Mind you this is an intern position. They also asked odd and kinda confusing questions like “ what would you do if you thought you knew something but you didn’t” like huh??? they asked some pretty technical questions too. i mean if you have experience in environmental compliance with wastewater as a student maybe this interview won’t be so bad but if you are a student who is interested in this field but has little to no experience good luck because it seems like they want someone who already knows their stuff which is absurd because the point of an intern is to learn.
