3 Step Process.
Step1/Group Interview 1: Presentation about the company first. Then 2 "aptitude" tests (which I thought was a dishonest way to name them). In reality 1 physics & 1 math test. If you "pass" these you get chosen to move onto next Step.
Step 2/Interview 2: Questioning period. Cannot remember exactly, but may be face-to-face.
Step 3/Group Interview 3-Role playing in group setting-a competition to win the position
From the presentation:
A young company that seems to work on a highly imbalanced lifestyle. Only good if you are single and willing to be out of the city/country for the week. Sure the perks seems nice, but at what cost to yourself and your relationships? Projects are short term, 2-6 month duration. Rapid succession through the company if you run the gauntlet. This entry-level position is 58k-68k, not 70k-80k as noted on Hired.com.
That being said, if you can accept what they ask of you, then you have a very specific mindset and this company might be the place you will want to grow. People seemed friendly enough at the interview. They seemed willing to help you through the gauntlet with training, tools, etc. A bit of marketing language may stretch their capabilities to industries that are not their core. Core is food, marine and packaging industries.
