First interview with a faculty/staff committee. Did not get beyond that step to the second interview, which would have been with administrators. Only about 10 applicants made it to the first-interview stage.

very friendly and laid back. The interviewer very thoroughly explained the job. He also explained the hiring process and the expectations about my transcripts and the different levels of classes.

Interview
I submitted a resume, references, teaching philosophy, and college transcripts online. HR called me to invite me to an interview. During the interview itself. I answered questions from the hiring panel for about half an hour. Many of these questions were behavioral. I then had 20 minutes in which to give a simulated teaching demonstration.
