Interview
I was contacted for a written exam on impact evaluations and later got a skype interview. The exam was 4 hours long and focused on reading regression tables and dealing with study challenges.

Question 1
How do you explain a randomized control trial to a non-expert?
Too lengthy procedure and very unprofessional.
6 hrs long tests and will ghost you out without a word no matter how many rounds of interviews you went through. They need to change their hiring process.
A written test is given where one needs to answer a number of technical questions. The interview follows, which involves a panel of staff. There were direct questions and friendly staff.
