J.S. Held Interview Questions

Had multiple Phone contacts with Tom Kohout. He also had me come in and we had personal interviews. JS Held did have background check on the info I provided. JS Held personnel did contact my referrals I provided. Once this was all completed I received my letter of Offer of Acceptance.

Three overall interviews, two that are remote and one in-person interview with potential team members. The first interview was simple with someone in HR asking questions to make sure you are qualified. The second interview was with other environmental project managers and in the office located in Hoboken, NJ. I did not make it past the second interview, but it took nearly a month for them to tell me this. Overall, the process was fine and straightforward; my only issue was that I waited weeks only to be told they weren't moving forward with me as a candidate.

Very poorly put together by the junior talent acquisition. Didn't understand the role and so couldn't answer questions I asked about the duties. They kept referring to having to ask their boss who would then ask the director of the project management team. So the interview was a waste of time.

There were a few levels of interview process, first from the HR with generic questions, then with the group of technical leads that your job setting will be involved. The entire interview process from start to finish took about 2 months, but all interviews were generally pleasant and professional.

Very pleasant, was given a video interview for both interviews. The application process was extremely quick, I heard back within a day of applying of my interview. All my questions were answered and I was given a clear expectation of the company and position.

The interview process went very smooth. I was informed of each step of the process along the way and the recruiter reached out to me each time to get my feedback. I conducted phone and video interviews.
