A joke. They put you in a group interview so managers and hr or whatever they are just laugh at people. Seems they only hire people that fill their diversity quotas so screw them. They make you do four stupid activities that have no bearing on the job at all. They make you colour in a drawing and write words. Doesn't matter what you do, they already know who they hire. Im more than qualified for this, years of experience in retail, and tech and they couldn't even give me any feedback as to why i was rejected. I know why, cause i'm a man that isn't diverse.

Fairly casual interview, asking mostly about your personality and interests and asks you how you differ yourself from other candidates. The interviewers are casual themselves and present a jovial atmosphere to calm candidates.

I interviewed at JB Hi-Fi Myaree HOME. Consisted of 3 parts: a short phone interview, a group interview (spaghetti tower challenge, deserted island scenario, checking shipping invoices), and a brief 1-on-1 interview in the end. Very chill, easy process.
