The interview process for the JBS internship consisted of three main stages. The first round was a recruiter screening, where I spoke with a talent partner who reviewed my resume, confirmed my interest in the role, and assessed my general qualifications and availability. The second stage was a group interview with other applicant. The group is given a puzzle to solve. The final stage was a panel interview that involved several leaders from different departments. This stage focused on evaluating my leadership potential, problem-solving skills, and ability to work across teams to drive change.
Horrible. Sat through multiple hours of stupid team building games with no information on the actual company or questions about qualifications. I understand trying to see how you work as a team but that long of an interview with no additional information on the company itself is a massive waste of people’s time and disrespectful.

It was very well set up and very friendly! I would recommend knowing the company terms and just all around be yourself. Make sure to ask about the positives and negatives.
