Interview
This employer berated me throughout the entire interview. He kept me at his facility for almost three hours repeatedly asking me about a Marketing Plan over and over again and for me to give him all of my ideas and input. He apparently just hired someone for the position, but wanted to give me the opportunity to interview- I guess she wasn't working out. I mentioned that their website isn't responsive through tablets, and he became very defensive. I didn't care for the constant insults throughout the interview process and found him as an employer rather unprofessional. He said things such as, "I don't know if I could work with you." He called me, "scary" etc. I am a highly qualified individual who is assertive and direct with years of education as well as hands on experience applying for a job in a marketing capacity. My former employers always found this to be a strong ability and have used that to their advantage. I felt very slighted and disrespected by the owner.
