Interview
The interview process is divided into three parts: HR manager, Department Manager and Vice president. There is a typical 3 weeks in between said interviews. Some questions evaluate your passion, and drive to solve various difficulties of an engineer observed throughout the years.

Question 1
Within this line work, you need to study many documents and standards. How do you handle these types of situation? How can you cope having to study and study to develop solutions that are being asked by the Client?

Interview
The process took about a month. There's a series of exams (technical, logical, behavioral) and interviews. In the interview, there are three panel members, all of which are already either managers or supervisors of the department.
