You have to pass the technical exam first, then undergo the initial interview. Their recruitment team is very positive in tone and energy during the interview. For now, my overall experience is pretty good.

It was smooth and the staff is very approachable. They first ask about basic questions like personal information (family, educational bg). After that, they will ask about your experiences and your achievements. Lastly, your behavior towards work.
It was smooth, they first ask for TOR and the information sheet. There will be technical exam and interview to follow. The interviewer is nice and not intimidating. Overall experience is great and I heard that JGC Philippines is a great company.
