Interview process was comprised of 3 interviews, the first was a screening interview with the HR manager, the second was with two higher-ups and was comprised of quite difficult and in-depth tech questions. Everyone here is very knowledgeable and knows how to ask questions and follow-up questions that will make you think hard.
The final interview was with the entire team to check for personality or interest conflicts

Question 1
If a single VM in a vSphere environment was experience performance issues, how would you troubleshoot?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at JMARK Business Solutions (Springfield, MO) in Sep 2017
Interview
We ran through multiple video call interviews with different members of the team, and they quizzed me on different technologies and products. They seemed really scattered and unprepared, and the management even moreso. They acted like it was an inconvenience to interview me. After each interview, they was no followup from their recruiter, and I would ping them and they would arrange another interview. It was like the whole company had a constant state of amnesia. They kept talking down my qualifications and telling me they would start me at a lower tier position, despite my being fully skilled in every area discussed, but I didn't really mind the position difference as I felt I would prove myself once there.
Ultimately, other companies started sending me offers, and when I gave JMark the opportunity to offer as well, they lowballed me significantly. After 3 months of contact and now a lowball offer, it was obvious they weren't seriously considering me. They wasted my time and theirs.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at JMARK Business Solutions (Springfield, MO)
Interview
Application was a bit of a pain because I ended up having to apply twice.
Had a very positive phone interview with their hiring person, who asked me to take a few skills tests. After those I was asked to come in for an in person interview, which also went well.
But after two weeks, I never heard anything back, and they don't return my calls or emails.
I understand a no, that happens. But at least have the courtesy to tell me.
