Interview process was comprised of 3 interviews, the first was a screening interview with the HR manager, the second was with two higher-ups and was comprised of quite difficult and in-depth tech questions. Everyone here is very knowledgeable and knows how to ask questions and follow-up questions that will make you think hard. The final interview was with the entire team to check for personality or interest conflicts

Horrible Interview process. Interviewed and was told that I would receive new information about the next interview within a few days. It has now been almost 3 weeks with little to no communication and any deadline that has been set by the company has not been maintained. I was also told that this role was being interviewed from within, rather than looking for external candidates, which was not how it was presented to me at the beginning of the process. Overall, terrible communication and interview process from a company that I was told had a solid reputation.

I am sorry you felt the communication has been poor. We will always interview internal candidates that are interested in our roles with us, and give them the first opportunity. We pride ourselves on having opportunities for employee growth and development. This position is still open at this time and we are still interviewing external candidates. We have had a little delay in the interview schedule due the 4th of July Holiday but plan on resuming interviews this week for selected candidates. Thank you for the feedback as we will always look to see how we can improve our processes.
