The interview process was lengthy, but easy going. 1 phone screen, 4 interviews over the span of 1.5 months. The phone screen was very informative, the first 2 interviews were informative and pretty long. The third interview was ok, but I sensed a lack of chemistry and interest from their end. The exec didn't know much about my resume, nor did they really ask much about my skills and experience. The final interview, I thought went great, and the executive kept reiterating that I'd "definitely hear back." Unlike the previous communications, I hadn't heard back from my recruiter, despite sending a follow-up email. Unfortunately, after a couple of weeks, I was notified that they went with another candidate and it was "a very difficult decision." Pretty disappointing considering the length of time, but I guess this has become the standard since I was last on the job market.
