Very Casual . Good people . Very Easy too. Reason behind it was that it needed too much workforce. However, back in 2008 they promised to increase the salary which wasn't done till 2011 as far as i know.
Interview was good they asked about iron or steel making ttt graph alloying they came for college placement cycle I gave interview as Mme student , for EE , ME I don’t have a idia what they asks but for Mme iron making steel making alloying heat testament etc
