The process spanned approximately one month, involving two formal interviews and one initial phone screening. After the interviews, I received a verbal offer, indicating a positive evaluation of my candidacy. However, after careful consideration, I decided to decline the offer. In my opinion, although the process was streamlined and professionally handled, it is essential to ensure that the role aligns fully with one’s career goals and values before proceeding.

it was pretty straight to the point. Got an interview invite within 3 days of applying and they get back to you fairly quickly compared to other companies. Offers were lower than what I got from other companies for similar positions, and that is why I rejected their offer
