JW Lees & Co. interview questions

I met with the Manager informally in the pub and we spoke about my experience, and availibilty. I had worked in lots of pubs so I spoke about that and my plan for after univeristy, he told me about their uniform policy and benefits.

It was very a very informal interview, where the General Manager conducting the interview made me feel relaxed, which helped me to perform during the interview. Also, I was progressed quite quickly from the interview stage into a role, which is always a positive.
