Great and friendly people. Met individually with the office managing principal first and then with most of the attorneys in the office for the second interview. Seemed enthusiastic about the firm. Claimed there is room for growth.

Interview process is good and thorough. The company really looks into your background to make sure you are an adequate candidate and fit for the company culture which is ideal.

Three interview rounds. Two remote, final in person. Everyone was friendly. Ultimately did not get an offer. In part due to lack of sufficient employment law experience, but also the competitive nature of the market at the time.

After I interviewed with several associates, I then interviewed with partner. He constantly interrupted me, so I blew the interview because I refuse to work with such a rude person.
