I applied online and heard back in about a week regarding scheduling an interview. Interviewed on sight with an entry level engineer and an engineer manager. Got asked a lot of questions about what was on my resume and how I worked in teams on various projects.

Interview
Phone interview followed by onsite interview. Phone interview was approximately 30 minutes covering my background, interests, experiences, and highlighting the work of Janicki. I have yet to complete the onsite interview; however, they have requested 3 hours for the onsite interview.

Interview
The process took a few hours. I met with the hiring manager, was given a tour of the production facility at that site, then met with a stress lead and a design lead. The manager asked the same questions that the stress and design leads asked. They seemed to only be interested in design experience, specifically Catia V5 part design.
