Short video/phone HR interview that lasts 20-30 minutes. I didn't advance, but was told it would be followed by another video/phone interview with an engineer to asks more about technical qualifications before an on site visit.

HR phone screening going over behavioral questions and then a 30 minute technical interview with a member of HR and a current Project Engineer the next week. Interview was very conversational, highlighting engineering experiences on the resume.
