      I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Jayco (Middlebury, IN) in May 2018

      Shotgun approach with seven or more people in the interview. Often off-topic during the interview. overwhelming approach to the interview. The interview usually has more people than needed. Prepare for multiple questions from multiple people. Expect that only one supervisor will actually consider you for hire and the rest are just there for show.
