I actually applied back in 2018 for the Project Manager Apprenticeship, but going through that process made me realize I completely chose the wrong position to apply for. I waited a year, and applied for the Production Apprentice position instead. I felt prepared as I had full-time work experience under my belt, and it was relevant to my work experience. The phone interview was very standard, not that many questions and they just wanted to get to know a little bit about you and why you want to work for Jellyvision. I felt confident that I would make it through to the next round, which I did. The "audition" is really what irritates me. They give you 48 hours to complete it and honestly, I had to take off a day of work just to have enough time to do it. I put a lot of hours and hard work in to completing the audition. Fast forward to a couple days later, and I get THE SAME AUTO-GENERATED RESPONSE FROM HR that I got last year when I applied to a completely different position. It's really irritating that you put so much time and effort into interviewing with a company, and don't even get a personal response back with any feedback. After this, I won't be applying to Jellyvision again - I'm starting to think they're not as great as they crack themselves up to be.
