This company needs to humble itself. Before I get into all the red flags, I will say that their talent acquisition team was super responsive and very timely, and I really did appreciate that. However... right off the bat, you are asked to complete an assessment that takes literally 30+ minutes. So, so unnecessary and a waste of candidates' time. And then the interview. Others are right in that they do grill you, asking why you left XYZ job, if you got a return offer, what you know about Jerry (I didn't even know what it was before this), walking through your ENTIRE resume. The recruiter went 15 minutes over our time and I found her to be a bit unprofessional and insensitive. I also received a rejection email with the incorrect reasoning, and them blaming it on "automation error." Whatever. I wouldn't apply nor work here. Gives me low-pay, long-hour vibes.
