Jimma University interview questions

After I applied for the position, I was invited to a written assessment. Then, I passed the written test and after two weeks, I was invited to an interview. There were about six people in the interview, including associate and assistant professors, graduate assistants, administration, and HR workers. I was asked first to introduce myself including my educational background, and my motivation towards academic career.
