Management asked simple questions theyre more concerned with memorizing the menu. This Itself usually scares people off but it's not that hard I did it in one day !

As a manager what steps would you take to fix da issue of food leaving the kitchen to slow
They ask you to memorize the sandwiches and the ingredients in them. They make you come back and write the list and ingredients out. You are also asked standard interview questions.

Had me memorize sandwich list and rewrite it on a sheet of binder paper. I had to write each and every single one of the ingredients in each and every single one of the sandwiches that they offered on their menu. I had to do this perfectly.
