I applied in-person. I interviewed at Jimmy John's (Kokomo, IN) in Feb 2015
Interview
Very brief, relaxed, and over very quickly. I was better dressed than the interviewer, but they are required to wear tshirts and khakis or jeans. Usually you sit at a booth in the lobby and they go over your application with you. They usually care about your availability and your experience, but you learn as you go.
Quick and easy. I was asked availability. I was hired almost immediately. The store at the time was very in need though. Having stayed here and doing interviews myself, the process is incredibly easy.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Jimmy John's (Champaign, IL)
Interview
Nice and smooth very quick simple questions. Very interested in what I had to say. Nice gm and staff at the shop. I would work here again. Very honest about the job that I had to do.
I was asked when I was available and we compared that to what hours are currently available. I was asked about my past work experiences. We discussed what the pay would be and how many hours I was looking for.
