Hiring process went incredibly fast, it seemed like they didn't really care who I was or what my skill set was- as if they just needed bodies in the door. The interview was too laid back and unprofessional.
They ask you to memorize the sandwiches and the ingredients in them. They make you come back and write the list and ingredients out. You are also asked standard interview questions.

Had me memorize sandwich list and rewrite it on a sheet of binder paper. I had to write each and every single one of the ingredients in each and every single one of the sandwiches that they offered on their menu. I had to do this perfectly.
