Walked in and dropped off an application, was greeted by a friendly young manager. He asked me if I'd like an interview now. I said yes, of course! It was incredibly straightforward, the only real question he had beyond scheduling was "What kind of animal would you be if you could?"
They ask you to memorize the sandwiches and the ingredients in them. They make you come back and write the list and ingredients out. You are also asked standard interview questions.

Had me memorize sandwich list and rewrite it on a sheet of binder paper. I had to write each and every single one of the ingredients in each and every single one of the sandwiches that they offered on their menu. I had to do this perfectly.
