the interview is short answered questions. they ask more about yourself and why you want to work at Jimmy Johns. to become an inshop worker is fairly easy and does not take much. you just need to be able to clean and use cleaning products properly. work in a fast paced environment and remember sandwiches. they have recently added new products to their menu. its all about making sandwiches and keeping a clean environment.

Quick and easy. I was asked availability. I was hired almost immediately. The store at the time was very in need though. Having stayed here and doing interviews myself, the process is incredibly easy.

Nice and smooth very quick simple questions. Very interested in what I had to say. Nice gm and staff at the shop. I would work here again. Very honest about the job that I had to do.
I was asked when I was available and we compared that to what hours are currently available. I was asked about my past work experiences. We discussed what the pay would be and how many hours I was looking for.
