Interview
There was an info-session round and an individual interview. Info round was very informal and on-site at their Champaign offices, lunch and tour of office was given. You fill out a ten question survey with basic questions like your strengths and weaknesses, why Jimmy John's etc. Second round interview is very easy as well. Basically just use your resume to ask questions about your experience, etc. At the end they drug test you, so be prepared. Jimmy John's has a strict drug-free policy. Also they ask you to write a one page summary on 3 pros and 3 cons of the Guerrilla Marketing position, followed up by a background test. Process takes about 2 weeks.

Interview
I just got a group "interview" which is what the called it. It was simply an information session. I prepared for questions and everything but not a single question was asked to the group. Just the interviewers talking at us and dropping the f-bomb 13 times in the span of an hour. I counted. So unprofessional and very male-centric as their language was sexist at times. Also, the job is just handing out sandwiches and working in the store. I didn't go to college to make sandwiches. So there's that. I just had an awful experience interviewing with Jimmy Johns and sincerely wouldn't recommend it.
