No true interview. Asks for availability. They will call you down to the store. They will ask you to take a copy of their menu home to study. They usually give you up to 2 days to memorize as much of the menu as possible. Depending on how you, will determine if, and how soon you'll get hired.

Give me the name of all of the Jimmy Johns' sandwiches and the names of the streets in the general area. Recite it from memory. Tell me the ingredients of the sandwiches.
one of the best places to work at and it involved many skills for me to use such as leadership, initiative, team work, communicating and doing what I do best.
