      I was scheduled for introductory phone screen with a Talent Attraction Specialist within 2 days of my application. The call was 40 minutes, and the recruiter was warm, professional, and well-prepared. Before the interview, she sent a detailed prep email outlining the key areas they'd ask about, which was really helpful. TIP: they're looking for examples that show you asking open-ended questions to uncover the customer's actual goals, challenges, and motivations. Overall, even though I didn't get the role, I walked away feeling more motivated to keep applying. The recruiter's detailed feedback gave me concrete things to work on for future interviews, which is more than most companies offer.
