Question 1
Greatest Challenge/Accomplishment?
What makes you different?
Describe recent news and its relevance to you?
Why Joelson?
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Joelson in Mar 2022
Interview
Process consisted of an application form, then an invitation to an assessment centre. The day began with candidates giving a 10-minute presentation, before completing a written exercise, and a long form interview with a partner and associate.
Following the assessment centre, the successful candidates were asked to attend an 'interview/chat' with two senior partners. The '/chat' was misleading, this was a full interview, with the partners playing a 'good cop, bad cop' routine. I assume this was intended to lure the candidates into a false sense of security.

Question 1
Apart from standard interview questions, and questions alluding to commercial awareness, the partners asked about how a trainee could successfully market their firm, and how a trainee could create a positive image of the firm.
