Joliet, IL interview questions

First interview over the phone, followed by in person interview and a secondary interview with directors. Overall there was not much communication, and I was told there would be no notification of I were not selected.

Interview was held by an individual who clearly was unhappy in their position and made it known. After leaving the interview, I knew that even if offered the position I would decline based on my interaction with three individuals from the moment, I entered the building. Everybody same on edge and they had to recently fired several of their administrators.
