I submitted my application and soon after I was called to an interview with a hiring team. At this interview, I was asked a series of questions by both the hiring manager and the HR representative after the interview shortly after I was then given a job offer which I politely declined
Everyone was really nice and explaining the job well. I would definitely recommend being a tutor for Jones County Junior College. The students and faculty were amazing. The interview questions were relatively easy and I felt extremely comfortable and at hame at Jones County Junior College.

No real process. The easiest way to get employed is to know someone. "Outsiders" really only have a chance if no "friends-of-JCJC" have sons, daughters, friends that they want to get a job for. This worked out ok for me but I think it is a pretty bad way to run a college
