The interview process was very straightforward and relaxed. Instead of focusing heavily on technical or role-specific questions, the interviewer spent most of the time getting to know me as a person — my background, values, and how I work in a team. They seemed much more interested in personality and cultural fit than in testing my hard skills.
There weren’t any tricky questions or tests; it felt more like a friendly conversation than a formal interview. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and a great opportunity to get a sense of the company’s culture.
