Interview
Three interviews: First was connecting with an employee who would be my pier. We discussed some technical problems I had worked on but mainly focused on work culture, what I was looking for, what Joy was looking for. The second interview was a technical interview with the CTO. It was a phone interview so the problem was more of a thought process question that led to a good dialog about problem solving at scale. The third interview was accompanied by an offer from the CEO.
