I got the interview through Indeed. I was told to come in (a little short notice). The interview went well. I was asked about past job experience, customer interaction, your basic interview questions. Nothing out of the blue.

Question 1
Customer satisfaction is essential in any role. Can you share an example of a time when you identified a problem and successfully implemented a solution that improved the experience for a customer?
Normal interview questions. I saw others put in groups, but I had a 1 on 1 with the hiring manager. Be personable, talk about yourself and you should be fine.
Great, friendly managers. Gave a small training session and was open to any questions that you may have had. Only worked there for a short summer so can’t really say a lot about long term growth.
