The previous time I applied to the same position, I was rejected with a formal template without explaining why I did not suit them.

The first introduction interview with two technical guys (1 hour):
During our conversation, we all felt quite comfortable.
But I receive a rejection with feedback about the "way of communication".
"Try to provide a clear answer to the question and then elaborate on that."
My advice for all candidates:
don't tell a lot just answer direct questions without details.
You will be just a small man in that big company.
Your individuality is not important.
