Standard interview process, but the rejection response was wishy-washy. The way the interviews were scheduled, almost daily, made me certain I had a good chance. Hindsight: Unsure if they were clear with the type of candidate they wanted.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Justworks (New York, NY) in Sep 2022
Interview
The recruiter reached out to me to schedule an initial phone screen, and the total process consisted of 5 rounds with 6 interviewers. It was split between two days. The process took three weeks. I met with the recruiter first, then the hiring manager, team lead, two senior analysts, the finally an outside dept. interviewer and the group manager for the dept. I heard next day for every scheduling, and the offer. Everyone was very friendly, encouraging, and very open to questions.
