Step 1: was an email requesting more information via various questions. Step 2: was the 2:1 interview. In the 2:1 I found that they were very pushy to dig up dirt and I found it quite unsettling as I did not want to respond with anything negative at all. However, I felt forced to answer with something and I tried to select some very benign negative responses but they found fault in anything I said. I also found the interviewers to be very aggressive and negative. By the end of the interview I had decided that if I was given an offer I would decline based on what I saw in my interview. It spoke volumes about the culture of the company.
