      Director Interview

      Jan 3, 2012
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

The process took 2 days. I interviewed at KARL STORZ in Jan 2010

      Interview

Met with all the executives one on one who asked the same questions in their own words. Nothing out of the ordinary. My questions were answered carefully and measured. So, you need to ask additional questions to tease out what they are really saying without saying.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

One personl asked me what I thought of who the position reported to. They then went on to tell me why they didn't think it was a good idea. That was a little weird and exposed me to some internal politics.
