Worked with recruiter to get teams interview with direct manager. Did not continue from there. After initial interview they communicated they wanted someone with industry experience and the interview process ended for me
I attended a panel interview that lacked meaningful questions, feeling like a superficial exercise. It seemed the management was merely checking a box with HR to justify selecting a predetermined candidate for the role.
